Daniel Elkin is the Chief Strategy Officer at cdcb. Daniel has a PhD in History from the University of Arkansas where he researched community development along the U.S. Mexico border. In his role, he is responsible for initiating cdcb's research initiatives and advocates on behalf of policies that expand home ownership at the local, state, and federal level. In addition, he coordinates cdcb's resource development and data collection efforts.
