As Director of Small Business Investments, Rossana leads training and support for organizations in small business development and asset building—helping them expand programs, secure funding and share leading practices. Over her career, she has equipped entrepreneurs at the Latino Economic Development Center and worked to promote equitable access to at the Aspen Institute's Business Ownership Initiative. Rossana holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MA from the University of Michigan.
