Michael Neal is a Senior Fellow in the Housing Finance Policy Center at the Urban Institute and a Research Director at the Initiative on Land, Housing and Property Rights in the Boston College Law School. Mr. Neal's research intersects racial equity and wealth building, with a focus on homeownership. Neal has received degrees from Morehouse College and the University of Pennsylvania. He has also studied at Oxford University and Princeton University.
