Pakou Hang is the Vice President, Program for the Northwest Area Foundation. She leads the Foundation's funding approach to support long overdue change led by and for the communities it serves: Native Americans, communities of color, immigrants, refugees, and people in rural areas. Pakou has also led electoral campaigns, developed statewide election protection initiatives, and co-founded two national organizations that train people of color to run for public office.
