Roberto Barragan is the Executive Director of ICON CDC, the largest small business development organization in the San Fernando Valley. Roberto Barragan has most recently served as the Executive Director of the California Community Economic Development Association (CCEDA).
Between 2015 and 2018, Mr. Barragan served as Chair and Vice Chair for the inaugural Federal Reserve Board of Governors Community Advisory Council.
